Who we are

Blobby is made by CPND (CPND Inc). You can reach us at contact@cpnd.xyz. These terms cover the Blobby browser extension, this website, and Blobby Pro.

What Blobby does

Blobby interrupts scrolling on the sites you choose with a few short questions. It runs on your device; the few things that need a server are listed in the privacy policy.

Free and Pro

The free plan does not expire. It covers one site or app, one topic and ten questions a day. Pro adds every topic, unlimited sites and questions, buying minutes back, the whole question library and every Blobby variation. Pro costs €2.99 a month or €17.99 a year; the yearly plan starts with 7 free days. Pro for life is one payment that never renews: €29.99, the founding price, offered until 31 December 2026 or until Blobby is available on iPhone, whichever comes first.

Buying Pro

In the browser extension, Pro is sold by Stripe as merchant of record: Stripe is the seller on your receipt, takes the payment, and handles taxes, refunds and payment disputes under its own terms. In the Android app, Pro is sold through Google Play under Google's terms; on iPhone, through the App Store under Apple's. We provide the service. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Pro for life is a single payment: it does not renew, and it keeps Pro on for as long as we run the service. Prices for future periods can change; you will be told before a renewal at a new price.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Blobby Settings Blobby Pro Manage subscription; on a phone, from your Google Play or App Store subscriptions. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then the free plan carries on. Periods already started are not refunded unless the law, the guarantee below or Stripe's policy says otherwise.

Withdrawal and refunds

If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you have 14 days to withdraw from a new subscription or a Pro for life purchase. By starting Pro right away you agree that the service begins during that window. In the extension, Stripe handles withdrawal requests and refunds; reply to your Stripe receipt or write to us and we will point you the right way. On a phone, Google Play or Apple handles them.

The 30-day guarantee

In the browser extension and the Android app, Pro comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Pro is not for you, write to us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund all of it. We may ask why, but you never have to answer. On the yearly plan, the 30 days start at the first charge after the free days; for Pro for life, at the purchase. The guarantee applies once per customer for a subscription and once for Pro for life; a later purchase of the same kind keeps only your rights under the law. A refund is always the full amount and ends the Pro it paid for; a refunded subscription is cancelled at the same time. The guarantee comes in addition to your right of withdrawal and does not limit it. On iPhone, refunds go through Apple and Apple decides, so the guarantee does not apply there.

Devices

One subscription, or one Pro for life purchase, covers up to 5 browsers. The codes that link devices are personal; sharing them around can end Pro.

Fair use

Do not try to break the service, get around Pro, or use Blobby to harm anyone. We can end access that does.

Changes, availability, liability

We may change the service or these terms; using Blobby after a change means you accept it. Blobby is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.

Law

French law applies, without limiting your consumer rights at home.
